These items help us keep track of how many visitors come to our site but do not tell us anything personal about you. We also keep track of your purchase history at our site, pages visited, links clicked within our site and the site you may have used to reach our site.
- Cookies: We use cookies in several ways to improve your shopping experience and assist us in tracking shopping information. Cookies allow us to remember you between visits so that orders you start but don't complete will be available during future visits for a limited amount of time. We also use cookies to keep track of our affiliate referrals so that we can properly credit them for sales.

If you turn cookies off or block cookies you may not be able to properly shop on our website. - Information You Provide: We collect addresses, credit card numbers, email addresses and phone numbers at the time of purchase. This information allows us to ship items to you, inform you of your order's status and notify you of special events at our website.

- Vendors: In order to make sure that you will receive your order as quickly as possible, we may have items sent directly to you from a vendor. Vendors receive your name and shipping address and may only use this information to ship your package.
- Law Enforcement: In order to comply with the law, protect our company and our customers and to enforce our policies we may be required to release personal information to law enforcement officials.
When you register with our store, whether it is by writing a review, making a purchase or signing up as an affiliate you will have the option to receive our newsletter containing announcements about sales, new items and special events. If you do not want to receive these newsletters, just change your preferences in your account.
Occasionally we may send out email notices to all of our customers about policy changes. These emails are sent to all registered customers.
Underage Customers
We require that all purchases be made by customers who are at least 18. Younger customers are allowed to post reviews and we welcome their input.
These policies are subject to change. We will send out email notices if they do but please check occasionally to make sure that you are informed of any changes.

Protecting Your Personal Information
All personal information you submit to us including but not limited to your name, email address, credit card information and physical address is sent using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology prevents your information from being read as it is transmitted over the internet. This encrypted data is stored in a restricted-access server at our facility.
Passwords
In order to further protect your personal information we require that you use a password when accessing your account and checkout information. We recommend that you use a password made up of numbers and letters that is not easy to guess.
If you forget your password you can click the "I have forgotten my password" link on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and your password will be sent to that account.
If you want to change your password, log in to your account and select the "Change Password" option. Follow the instructions found there.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
Federal law prevents credit card companies from holding you liable for more than $50 of a fraudulent charge to your card. If your credit card is ever used fraudulently on our site, we will reimburse you for up to $50 of the amount. Please call us if you have questions about our safe shopping guarantee.
Alternate Payment Methods
If you don't want to submit credit card information or other personal information over the internet, you are welcome to print out your order and send it to us or select the "pay by check" or "call in credit card" options during checkout. You are also welcome to our toll-free number to place your order. Please have the SKU numbers available.
